  • Verifying the credentials of Principals and Mandated Intermediaries.
  • Facilitating the acquisition negotiation process for assets including, but not limited to, Britain.Finance, Britain.Tax, and Britain.Law.
  • Legal compliance and due diligence checks.

We do not sell, trade, or distribute data to third-party marketing lists.

4. Confidentiality & Disclosure

All inquiries are treated with strict confidentiality. Information is accessible only to:

  • The Principals: The asset owners and legal custodians.
  • Mandated Intermediaries: Legal counsel or brokers specifically retained to manage the transfer of title.

5. Data Sovereignty & Storage

Your data is processed on secure servers. While we operate globally as part of the Sovereign Network, we apply UK-standard data protection protocols to all information regarding British assets.

In accordance with GDPR, you possess the right to:

  • Request the permanent erasure of your inquiry records ("Right to be Forgotten").
